Customer Review: Caller ID does not display phone number!
This phone has good reception and the design is fine. But the Caller ID does not display incoming phone numbers which is very annoying! What is the point of having Caller ID if all it says is “Incoming Call”? Yeah, no kidding.
Customer Review: Great Phone
I like this phone set. They do everything they are supposed to do very well. No complaints. Great reception. People I talk to say I sound like I’m in the room with them. No static no matter where I move in the house. More features than we use. Easy to learn to operate. I especially appreciate the speaker phone function. I would buy them again if I needed another set.

The reason why you get better range and sound is because at this frequency other wireless devices such as wireless routers and microwave ovens operating at a 2.4GHz or 5.8GHz will not interfere with your calls operating at 1.9GHz. Add up to 6 additional handsets with just one phone jack. If you have VoIP service plan you generally have access to one phone jack coming out of the VoIP box, by just connecting this base unit to the VoIP box, you can just purchase additional handsets and automatically connect them to your home phone system by just plugging into the wall socket for power anywhere in your home. Customer Review: PANASONIC KX-TG8232B
After reading quite a few reviews on phone with answering machines, I finally came to the conclusion that this phone would make a good choice. I am glad I bought it. One thing the answering machine needs is a LOUDER speaker.

Customer Review: cordless phone
This product is easy to install and give my family the ability to be near a phone at all time. The answering machine also works great.
Customer Review: Not all they’re cracked up to be
I’m really not all that satisfied, but can’t seem to change my reviewer name.

The Panasonic DECT phones have nice features, but very poor range; worse than my oldest 900 mHz phone. I replaced a Siemens 2.4 gHz system with the Panasonic DECT 6.0, expecting improved range. Not.

One of the features I most wanted to use, the intercom/call handoff to other handsets in the house, cannot be used because of the poor range issue.

I do like having a speakerphone in each handset, the clarity of the transmission (when in range), the sharing of the phone book among handsets.

In short, only an OK system; nothing to get excited about.

Customer Review: Panasonic 2 line cordless
Overall a good phone for the money. Range and sound quality are very good. Only drawback I found is when you receive and incoming call while on the phone you have a second or two interuption in your call on the first ring.
Customer Review: Lousy customer service
I bought my phone in June, 2007. In August, I decided I wanted to move it from one counter to another in my kitchen. To do that, I unplugged it. That apparently fried its little brain. So I had to pack it up and send it to Texas. It was two months before they sent it back. A remanufactured replacement. The adapter for the second handset was bad. Couldn’t recharge the battery. I contacted them. Repeatedly. Finally got booted to the supervisor of a supervisor. Was told to fax my receipts. That was in February, 2008. It’s now the middle of April. Still no replacement. I was told that they didn’t get my fax. I have no way to prove that they did. I’m faxing again.

Seems like a good product. When it worked, it worked just fine. But I don’t think I’ve had more than six weeks of actual working time in the past 10 months that I’ve owned it.

Panasonic used to be a good company. I wouldn’t recommend their products again.
